Marloes is responsible for StartLife’s corporate partnerships. Corporates can reach out to Marloes if they would like to get unique opportunities to engage with Startlife’s startups. We strongly believe that establishing close contacts between startups and corporates will accelerate innovative business ideas, transforming the startups into leading enterprises with a lasting impact on the agri-food industry.
Marloes also acts as a startup business coach. With her experience, knowledge, and network she helps startups to develop game-changing innovations.
In addition to her position at StartLife, Marloes is also Program Manager of Healthy and Tasty Food for Wageningen Food and Biobased Research, part of Wageningen University and Research. In this role she brings food manufacturers and scientific expertise together with the aim to develop healthy and tasty food that consumers will like. Her role covers challenges such as salt, sugar and fat reduction, development of functional foods, customised nutrition for elders and children, and smart personalised nutrition.
Marloes has an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Eindhoven University of Technology and has over 15 years of experience working at the crossroads of marketing, technology and science.
