As Senior Research and Innovation Director within Danone, Alexandra Boelrijk has focused on all aspects of innovation in the Specialized Nutrition industry. From scientific concept ideation through product development and clinical evidence generation to market introduction and digital service activation. At the moment she leads international innovation teams for Danone in the Netherlands and Singapore.
The leading theme in her professional career is driving innovation by combining elements from different expertise areas, thereby building novel assets that bring value in a business reality.
Because of different positions within Danone and earlier in contract research, Alexandra is comfortable with a multitude of topics (chemistry, food technology, flavors and sensory, clinical trials, nutrition & digital innovation).
