Vatsal Arora

Vatsal joined StartLife as the Communication Support Officer in January 2022. In this role, he assists in the development and execution of a wide range of marketing activities, including campaigns, events and content creation aimed at promoting startups that are associated with StartLife’s flagship programs .

Vatsal brings his experience of targeted digital marketing, graphic designing, and content writing from various organizations across India for a diverse set of events ranging from flashy university festivals to insightful scientific communication. He’s passionate about the role of Information and Communication Technology in the agrifoodtech space, especially because of its potential to contribute to a healthier and cleaner environment.

Vatsal finished his Bachelor’s in Agricultural Science with honors from the CCS Haryana Agricultural University (India) in 2022, where he gained a lot of experience about the transformations happening in the field of agriculture and food sector. His project on the role of Artificial Intelligence and Precision Farming in improving the Indian agri-food tech space was awarded in the India International Science Festival-2019. In addition to his role at StartLife, Vatsal is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Plant Sciences at Wageningen University & Research. Here he’s working to develop high yielding and stress tolerant crops which can provide food security to the ever-increasing population.
