“Our startups can post any type of job vacancy here: full-time, part-time, internship, student jobs, co-founder or advisory board members”, says Loet Rammelsberg, StartLife’s program director and initiator of the job portal. “The free job portal has been developed to fulfil the needs of the startups as future employers as well job seekers who want to work at an impact-driven startup. Considering our close relationship with Wageningen University & Research, we should be able to help startups find the right talents.”
Following the lean startup approach, the platform was built to be as simple as possible (MVP) to support as many as needed.
Inclusive of co-founder vacancies
The job portal also provides an opportunity for startups to publish their co-founder vacancies. Loet explains: “On regular basis people who are interested in becoming a co-founder in an agrifoodtech startup ask us if we can connect them to startups that might be searching for a co-founder, and the other way around. Our job portal allows us to facilitate this matching process.”
